Impressions Matter

Patient and resident satisfaction begins with a clean and well-maintained facility.

A CLEAN FACILITY RAISES RESIDENT AND PATIENT SATISFACTION

Healthcare facilities are judged on the cleanliness of not only their resident and patient rooms, but their lobbies, public areas, and restrooms. Public perception of cleanliness begins the moment they step foot into the facility, and this perception leads them to trust the staff with their safety, wellbeing, and care. People will avoid a hospital or skilled nursing center if they believe it is dirty and not well maintained. All areas of the facility should be clean and consistently maintained. Protect your residents, patients, and reputation by partnering with EMS.
